Yes, in addition to our 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects we also offer a “100% free patch repair kit” via mail to any of our customers, current or past, if their Infl8 screen needs it. The patch repair kit includes both black and white oxford cloth which can be used with needle and thread to successfully patch any hole.
Yes, we can velcro the screen instead of sewing it. This allows you to remove the screen from the inflatable frame when storing. Understand, this can make the setup and teardown process slightly longer but we do offer it for clients that wish it.
All of our personal use screens have sewed on screens. We feel a permanently attached screen adds simplicity to the movie night process.
We’re proud to say that all Infl8 screens are manufactured with top of the line genuine 210D Oxford Cloth.
This makes Infl8 screens lights, rip and tear resistant, durable and flexible. Unlike heavy vinyl screens sold by the other guys, our light oxford cloth is easy to move, setup and takedown. Also, unlike vinyl, Genuine 210D Oxford Cloth does not get hot in sunlight and even repels water!
If you’ve worked with vinyl screens in the past we think you’re going to love working with our screens. Since they are lighter they take less time to set up and take down and they are much, much easier to transport to the screen site.
We don’t include stakes or ropes with our standard screens. The reason for this is simply for fear that they might rip or tear a screen in the shipping process and stakes and ropes are easy and cheap to buy at any home supply store.
We also don’t include tarps. We suggest you buy a high quality tarp if you intend to use it for a long time.
If you would like us to ship stakes and ropes to you separately we can do so to any address in the United States from our location in Arizona for a fee of $50 + $5 shipping/handling. If you would like us to ship these things to you then please let us know at the time you purchase your screen(s).
Since all screens are built custom for you the total time to take the order, prepare for manufacturing, manufacture and ship usually runs somewhere between 2-3 weeks. Occasionally we can get screens to your doorstep faster and once in a blue moon they’ll take a little longer.
If you absolutely have to have your screen by a certain day let us know before ordering and we can see if arrival by that specific date is something we can guarantee.
We do occasionally have screens that are ready to ship out next day so 24 hour shipping is possible in some instances. Get in touch and see what we can do. Most 24 hour shipping is done with our smaller sized screens.
Shipping to the United States is 100% free. Shipping to other locations in the world comes with a fee determined by local shipping rates. But be prepared that in the event that you live outside of the United States and do have to pay for shipping that it will likely be cheaper than you are expecting.
The Infl8 benefits are utilized on screens as they become necessary for a positive experience. For example, our larger screens have “air pass” channels underneath the screen to assist them in improved standing in mild wind but these air pass channels are unnecessary on our 16 foot screen so in order to save you money we do not include air passes on 16 foot screens unless they are requested as an upgrade.
The same can be said of our “velcro protected air release zipper locks”. Larger screens have four, but smaller screens only have two. Again, this is simply to save our customers money by not making them pay for an item that they don’t need.
Regardless, if there is any reason that you feel you need all Infl8 benefits on a smaller screen then let us know and we can create a custom order for you to ensure you get exactly what you want.
The white screen portions are made of stitched together pieces of white fabric. Each piece is 1.5 meters in width. These seems can be seen in the photos above and they can be seen to some degree on the screen while in use.
Useful life of our Infl8 Screens depends on many factors including how often the screen is set up and taken down, how careful you are while handling it and how you store and transport it. If you take proper care of it this screen could last years and years.
Each screen can reasonable be used for both (though projecting the image on the same side of the screen as the viewers does result in a minimally brighter image). Also, due to the black inflatable frame getting between the screen and the projector the total projection screen available size when rear projecting is slightly smaller.
Not usually as long as you follow the five rules of screen life.
Keep them away from trees.
Never set up on dirt or rock.
Clear the ground before setting up.
Always, always, always lay a tarp down beneath.
Utilize care while transporting
In the event that a screen is punctured all screens are shipped with both black and white fabric for a patch repair kit to use to patch any holes that occur.

We suggest that a tarp is laid down beneath the screen at all times to protect it from rocks/sticks/pebbles and so on. the tarp is not included with screen but can be purchased for a minimal cost from many stores (or online).
All screens come with blowers (some of our smaller screens actually have internal blowers, which is totally awesome by itself!). “The Betty”, our largest screen (36×20) comes with two blowers. The blower will need to stay on while the screen in inflated. This is not a problem because the blower is not very loud. Extra blowers can be purchased if requested.
